No. It scores the responses you supply and plans the right follow-up for each person. You collect the survey responses and send every message yourself through your own tools, which keeps you in control and keeps the work compliant.
Is this a way to get more five-star reviews?
No, and it actively refuses to be. The engine will not run on review-gating, pay-for-review, or pressure wording. The recovery note for an unhappy customer is a genuine private fix, never a hidden review gate. That is deliberate and protects the business's reputation.
What is your refund policy?
There is a fair 48-hour refund. If the kit is not what you expected, ask within 48 hours of purchase and you get your money back. We would rather you be happy than hold a sale you regret.
